Good recipe diversity and meal plan
The author provides good diversity of recipes for all meals and snacks. Recipe diversity allows people with food allergies, such as tree nuts, to still find recipes they can use for each meal. The ingredients can reasonably be found in most local grocery stores. Some of the recipes offer temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, but providing both temperatures is not consistent across all recipes. The conversion chart in the back is helpful. The bonus links are greatly appreciated. This is a good, easy to follow cookbook that will put you on the right path to low carb eating.

Great help
I've been trying to focus on a healthier lifestyle, and this cookbook has been a great help in my journey. The 28-day meal plan is super convenient, especially for someone like me who's not great at planning meals in advance. The recipes are easy to follow and don't require fancy ingredients, which is a big plus. I've enjoyed trying out different dishes, and most of them are surprisingly flavorful given how healthy they are. The low-carb focus has helped me shed a few pounds, and the high-protein meals keep me full for longer. The tips throughout the book on balancing nutrition and optimizing protein intake were useful too. However, I do wish there were more photos of the finished dishes for a bit of visual inspiration. Overall, it's a solid cookbook that I reach for regularly. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for simple, tasty, and healthy recipes!

Servings sizes are contradicting.
The recipes are good but they list a serving size that is not the same as the nutritional information per serving. For example: Protein Pancakes with Greek Yogurt. Serving size is 2 pancakes. Then it lists Nutrition information per serving (1 pancake). So is the serving size for 1 pancake or 2 pancakes? And the recipe makes 8 pancakes. All the recipes are confusing like this. Another example: Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs. This one says Serving size is 2 plates. 2 plates? Nutrition information per serving is for 1 plate. What? And the recipe makes 4 chicken thighs. If you are trying to count calories and macro nutrients this is not the book for you. I thought maybe I was missing something but I showed 3 different people and they all said it’s messed up. Amazon did not hesitate to refund my money and I did not have to send the book back.

Absolutely fantastic!
What I love about this book:1. There’s a wide variety of recipes.2. The recipes are simple to follow and to make.3. I absolutely love that most all of the recipes are for just one serving. This makes it easy to cook dinner for the family and then cook a meal for me that caters to my dietary needs without making everyone else eat what I eat because the recipe is for four or five people.The only druther I have is I wish there were pictures of the dishes. That aside, this is an amazing book—absolutely fantastic!
