We were also impressed by the seller's excellent service and the incredibly smooth, one-day assembly process—not a single part was missing!

The media could not be loaded. Love the way this sauna finally came together. Had a broken glass on delivery and the seller was awesome by sending me a replacement. While the directions were a little confusing, the video was the perfect guide for installation.Be aware that this sauna will require a 220v outlet which I didn’t know upon purchasing. Had one installed and now I get to enjoy it!Rated it 4 stars since I haven’t used it yet. 😊

The product is brand new, and when I received it, the boxes was damaged. I contacted to seller to let them know, and they encourage me to open the boxes in the symbol said it would be fine. Upon assembly realize two lamps weren’t working and I was told that they would send out new lamps, but then later was told that the warehouse was out of it and they had to be shipped in from China it would take weeks. Upon asking for a refund, the company is non-cooperating and the product is cheap.

I have had this for awhile because we had to finish our basement before we installed it. When it arrived the panel was damaged but the company sent me out a new one. I used it last night and it worked great! It was easy to assemble and the perfect size for two people. I actually could have three in it. It is very comfortable and a great value for the money!

Product came in 3 large boxes. Was able to assemble and build most of it myself until you get to the side heaters. Package came with a broken bulb but the seller sent me out two more replacements and was able to install it myself. Overall this product is great. Gets up to 150 F in about 40-60 mins. Overall very happy with the product, the customer service, and experience. Highly recommend this sauna to anyone looking to build their health and wellness.

Was excited to get the thing. Came damaged in multiple places. Instructions are very poor. Sure people know this but this isn’t a standard outlet. If you want to return the package you have to take the three large heavy boxes somewhere and the expense is on you. I have started my return process today.Update, the refunded $500 and are sending a new tube for the heater that is not working.

The Sauna was nice looking when I order. It arrived 10 days early and I was not home. The planing was not spot on. The price is what it is. Packaging is too heavy for a normal house hold. Package is at 80%. It is a two person job to move and install. The pallet was left in driveway leaving me with a problem. After inspecting the boxes number 3 of 3 was damaged. Message was to take to UPS. 5'x6' weight one hundred lbs. +. Not happening round two when I receive a reply.This is not a small item. After receiving the sauna carrying it upstairs and assembling was there a better understanding this sauna was not the right item for me. The wood looks good but not the right fix for years to come. The sauna was more short term and unsafe Eletrical. Eletrical tape is used in many locations on the sauna. this is a poor standard no to use wire nuts or correct connectors. I would give 4 starts for fit. The glass door an easier way to hang. Better markings on the Eletrical plugs from receptical to light. There was no item pluged into load A this space was let open. Each load should be marked what it supports.
