Great value for money contains everything you need easy to swallow and felt increase in energy no taste and don’t smell bad like other vitamin would 100% recommend

One a Day Capsules
I like that these are one a day, unlike others - everything you need without taking loads of pills! Unsure why others think it's two a day, maybe because this is a double pack. But serving size is clearly stated as 1, and the instructions say to take only one every day with water (and not to exceed dosage).

Pre-Conception Vitamins
This is a trusted and well known brand so I was happy to receive these pre-conception vitamins from My Expert Midwife.They are full of a range of great vitamins designed to support women during pre-conception and pregnancy. I can’t comment yet on how well they work because as with most supplements, they will take time.They come in standard sized capsules which are easily swallowed with water. There is a slight aftertaste but nothing horrible.Happy to recommend 😊

Not sure if it's helped with conception but they're easy to take and don't taste fowl.

Just what you need
So this is a known reputable company for delivering quality products. These vitamins reading into what they have included have the essentials that are needed for pre conception health and to continue through a pregnancy. These are vegan so open for all to have and theres enough for 2 months worth.

Great vitamins from a trusted well known brand. They are easy to swallow and they are full of the vitamins you need whilst pregnant or looking to get pregnant

Good range of nutrients
The capsules contain a good range of nutrients including folate, which is recommended for all pregnant women or those trying to get pregnant.You do need to take 2 a day, so the bottle only lasts 30 days.It seems to offer good value, especially if you purchase on subscribe and save, so it can be sent once a month so you don’t run out.Hope you found my review helpful
