These are brilliant! I used a softener first because the wax was quite firm. Did that for a couple of days anlong with the spiral tool and can now hear perfectly! They are easy to use and much safer than some other tools. They look like they won’t fit in the ear but because they are silicone (I assume) they won’t damage the ear drum. Great product for cleaning ears. Thank you.

I’m delighted with this device: I was able to use it without help and it easily removed the wax. It was quick and painless. The spiral tips have a spongy feel- they act like a corkscrew but are soft enough to remove the wax without causing trauma or damage to the ear canal. Each of the sixteen spiral tips are the same size and should only be used on one occasion then disposed of in the normal waste. Children need to be 12 or over. The device is good quality and because of all the spiral tips could be used hygienically for other members of the family. The handle can be washed. Top marks to the guy who thought up the idea; I won’t hesitate to buy another if I ever use all the tips or lose them. I have written this review the day after using the wax remover to reassure myself and others that my ear canal was not damaged by the procedure- there was no inflammation of the ear canal. My hearing is back to normal.

A bit of persistence is required but worth it in the end. Lots of extra tips included. Thanks.

Sorry but for me I would not recommend it to someone who has a lot of ear wax like me!!!!!! It hardly any wax out

Product was as described. I have used them a few times but haven't got any wax out yet - whether that's because it doesn't work very well or because there's none there to come out, I don't know! (I have had it confirmed that I do have wax build-up - hence buying this product - but it might be too far in for these to reach) I do find that it's extremely difficult to get the tips off the handle which is putting me off using them too often

Why did you choose this product over others?: recommended by a friend Hearing: i have an excellent sound system but it needed to be turned up high to hear television and music Ear clearance: used straight away, and i can hear but also see how bad my ears were! the product is a perfect size and easy to use. Suction power: did not feel anything at all to make me frown and it did the job, well! Comfort: i was very cautious as i hear all sort about put things in your ears and its dangers. this product tip “s😀” ( yes you get quite a few) are amazingly soft and comfortable - id never put an ear bud in my ears ever again for a comparrison.
