Mash Direct Potato Croquettes, 300g

I bought them forgot to watch them and forgot to eat them and they went off . Oops memory not good sometimes lol they are however very nice with some ketchup soft and fluff and smooth .carbohydrate potatoes

I like the thought of a bit of crunch with my food choices.. it was good. However, sadly the potato is just a bit too wet so quickly seeped through. Still a good choice though.

I have given these croquettes five stars for taste. I often buy 2 trays and freeze them so they are available when I need them.

These were lovely....a lot of mash wrapped in breadcrumbs. Very nice as a side dish instead of chips!

Not sure whether the recipe has changed because I could have sworn I'd bought these before and they were fine.These were like potato playdough! Heavy, dense, and tasted as though they'd been bulked out with flour and other ingredients. So much so that I ventured back to Amazon to check the ingredients. Do they really need added potato starch, potato flake, maize starch, maize flour, rapeseed oil, Xanthan gum and raising agents?What's wrong with good old honest mashed potato, butter, seasoning and breadcrumbs?The ingredients listed are 72% potato,12% crumb and then what? Of the remaing 16% butter is listed after 'batter'. Assuming from the analysis there is 3% fat, that means 13% of water and thickening ingredients plus raising agents, presumably as at attempt at making the product light....Maybe something went wrong in the mixing process and the pack we had were uber-heavy on the starch & gum.The second packet are going in the compost.
