I bought this by mistake but decided to keep it but my favorite flavor is the cowboy pepper. This is pretty HOT for sure!The flavor isn't as good. I have bought cowboy pepper about nine times. I bought another bag so I could combine the two flavors. I wish this company offered a sampler pack of their flavors so I could try them all.

Making my way through the craft jerky offerings on Amazon and this is definitely bottom tier. In a 1 lb bag we have found most of the pieces to be extremely brittle and dry. I enjoy tough and chewy jerky, and I also enjoy tender and moist jerky - this is neither. A sparse minority of pieces are actually enjoyable to eat - the majority are unpleasant and kind of break apart into dry, difficult to eat pieces. Additionally, the long cut style of the product makes it difficult to rip off a small piece if you just want a little bit.For this amount of money, I expect a much better and more consistent product.

do not recommend, It's just hot and sweet. nothing special. And inconsistent in moisture. Super basic flavor.

high quality honey sweet with a definite chili pepper hotness hits just right and the bag didn't even make it 1 hour before empty on a car trip. downside was the marinade needing napkins to clean up a bit. very very tasty.
