Happy Wife, Happy Life.
My wife absolutely loves this chair, she has back issues and the cushioning in it is perfection. The appearance of the chair is exactly what she wanted and she is able to make it look how she likes. It reclines just enough for her to sit comfortably while she does her art for work, and the price is still better than anything we've found elsewhere for the style and and sturdiness of the type of seat. She is usually at her pc all day long and the chair is absolutely her favorite space in our bedroom now.

Affordable and comfy
Super affordable and comfy gaming chair. Love that it comes with a massager and foot rest. Super affordable and just happy with my purchase!

Good for a few hours, but not all day
We've had this for a few weeks now. It was easy to assemble and it's a good chair overall. I do not like it for long-term use. If im sitting at my computer for 1-2 hours its fine, but this isn't comfortable for several hours of gaming. To me, it just isn't well padded (but the chair is had prior was a Serta), and gets uncomfortable (neck area despite the pillow), after gaming for a while. Good overall, works well, we will keep it until it needs retired, but afterward I'd likely spend the extra and go back to a Serta. I will say, I thoroughly enjoy the footrest more than I thought I would.

Not comfy for long sessions on a computer, Build quality B+
The chair is OKAY. Nothing special. I've had it for about a week now and the arm rests are wobbly already. I've retightened and still have the same issue. Chair itself is NOT very comfy if you're planning to sit for more than 3 hours. Could use some more padding on the seat cushion. Back rest is pretty good with the massaging pad being able to move it up and down. There arent many setting to the massager, ON or OFF. Neck pillow is kind of useless in my opinion, always slides down unless I have my head leaned back against it. Would not buy this again, I'd probably give this as a gift.. just not to myself.

Not a bad chair for the price! (UPDATE... a HORRIBLE chair no matter the price!!!)
This chair could 100% be put into the category of "you get what you pay for." I bought this to replace my old office chair that was worn out. I know it's marketed as a "gaming chair." I have no idea how it would be for gaming as I'm 65 years old and am the furthest thing from a gamer as you could imagine. I use it in my office where I spent a considerable amount of time in front of a computer working. For this application it could be better. It's definitely not the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in but it is also not the most expensive chair I've sat in either. The worst thing is the holes in the upper back portion which have hard plastic surroundings around the holes. After I sit in the chair for a while I definitely begin to feel them putting pressure on my upper back which gets pretty unbecoming of comfort. The other issue that I don't like... and wasn't made aware of until after assembled the chair is that the hinge between the back and bottom is not supported with a spring like most office chairs would be so when you lean back... you go all the way back. There is a feature which allows the chair to be tightened in whatever angle and position you want it to be in. But when you're working long hours in a chair, you need that flexibility to rock back and forth to keep from getting stiff and uncomfortable... and this chair does not have that option. As for the positives... I do like the neck pillow at the top of the back of the chair. That is a nice feature as is the vibrating lumbar pad between the back and seat of the chair. The chair also has a foot rest that slides out from under the seat. I guess for gaming this would be a good thing??? However for a desk chair, it will never be used. All in all, I'm not overly satisfied with this chair but again, I do believe that I got what I paid for. So, I will use it for a while and then probably upgrade as funds permit.A year later I have replaced this chair with a new one. After a year or trying to sit on two different foam rubber pads on the seat and one on the back, this piece of junk finally had to go. After I got my new chair put together and took all the extra pads off of the old one... I sat back down on the old one... and I told my wife it felt like sitting on our kitchen table. It's almost not possible to call this thing a chair. The crazy thing is that I only spent $14.00 more on my new chair... and it's like 500% more comfortable. Lesson learned.... spend more money... get a better chair!

Nice Chair
So far so good!, I'm a 63 year old woman and I'm 6' Tall, it took me just over an hour to put the chair together and that's stopping to chase my cat around up picking up cat puke, you have to read the instructions carefully and more than once! it was very easy I did it myself, I see a lot of complaints about the neck pillow being too low, I don't have that problem it moves! the massage pillow is kind of weak but nice! the chair is comfortable enough but I was replacing one that was over 18 years old, the frame and legs are metal, the casters are plastic but if they do break they seem to be a standard size and replaceable, all in all I like the chair and since I'm in my 60s and not too hard on things I think I'll have this chair a few years, I keep the tool they give you with it in my desk drawer so if it does start to loosen I can just tighten it back up, I aslo didn't put the plugs in the arm rests for just that reason, the arm rests are a little bit weak, I wouldn't put all of my weight on then getting up or sitting down!
