Easy to use wheels for your kayak
I purchased this trolley for my kayak, and it works a treat. It's a little larger than I was expecting... when I detach the wheels the trolley section doesn't fit inside my kayak. I'm not sure if this because I have a small kayak or this is an unusually large trolley.Anways, the main point is that using this trolley makes portaging the kayak much easier. Please also note that included with the trolley is a strap so you can secure the trolley to your kayak to move it. This means that it doesn't slip off the boat while you're trying to move it. There is also a helpful little kick stand to keep the trolley upright while you load the boat.It's a decent quality product at a fair price, which carries out its job perfectly. Do you need anything more than that?

sturdy, and light
May just have been me, but for the life of me l could not get the supplied straps to lock tight enough, to stop my kayak continually slipping. On the flip side, the item is well made,sturdy,and light. One other slight gripe is that I think it is expensive for what it is.

Strong and reliable trolley
We used this on a week long kayak trip with several portages around dams/weirs. It was really easy to use and to store. Sturdy enough for our fully loaded 36kg kayak (so probably at least 60kg weight in total) and felt very strong, despite being quite lightweight.It packs down nicely - the frame folds flat and if needed you can take the wheels off very easily but we found it easier to keep them attached as then we could strap the whole trolley to the top of the kayak.The straps it comes with are good, from trial and error we would recommend one reasonably tightly around the trolley and kayak, and then one attached to something at the front of the kayak to stop it slipping when you are wheeling it. Very useful trolley.

Very good, not inflated wheels though.
Very useful. I do not use the strap I bought a long bungee and clip onto the trolley, through the molded handles of the kayak and onto the other side and it is secure and stable. Walk it across tarmac, across grass onto beach and across shingle to the waters edge, put it in the back of the kayak and straight onto the water. One thing is mine does not have valves to inflate, wrote to the seller who advised now puncture proof foam filled so no inflating which isn't mentioned in the description.

Really pleased with this purchase. The trolley is quick to assemble. The wheels are easy to pop on and off the frame. It portaged my wooden kayak loaded with camping equipment perfectly. The trolley packs away neatly and you would hardly notice it folded away in the back of the hull. It is very light yet appears to be fairly robust. It is supplied with two webbing straps to tie the kayak securely to the trolley. Makes life so easy when portaging around locks on canals. Excellent value for money.

Don’t know how I managed without it.
Now my son has a kayak it is quite difficult to move both kayaks from the van to the water. I was going to make my own trolley but I’m glad I didn’t after buying this. The design is really good; it is so easy to use and very light. It is possible to easily take the wheels off and put part of the trolley in both kayaks. Quite often I take a bicycle lock and lock it on the far bank to retrieve it on the way back.As for using the trolley; I have cut two blocks of foam, place my kayak on the trolley and place my son’s on top. It is so easy to use and makes transport so easy. The small kick stand is such a good idea and makes positioning the trolley for loading so easy. I have no regrets at buying it that I have recommended it to everyone who has commented on it. The packaging and delivery were very good as well.

Lasted 3 minutes
Arrived a little late, read instructions. Popped wheels on easily enough. Took it outside to attach it to my kayak and as I lifted the kayak on it just collapsed!! Took me a few seconds to realise that the strap holding the leg had just snapped, not even on the sewing, just in the middle. So the whole thing wouldn't stand up. Its flimsy, wobbly and pretty much a total waste of my hard earned money. My kayak is only 20kgs so no where near what the instructions say it can hold. Id already thrown the packaging out so couldn't return in. Gutted with it. I don't have £40 to waste.
