Doesn’t work well
Doesn’t work well at all for a toilet. Was hoping it would be a decent replacement for a saniflo.

Love It/Works Great!!!!
Great Macerator Pump. For my application I needed a way to empty my RVs sewage tank into an ICB Tote so I could haul the sewage to my daughter's septic tank. The installation was straight forward no instructions were needed. Hook the RVs Septic Tank line (Toilet Discharge line) to the large inlet hole on the pump. Hook the Gray Water lines (Sink Drain Lines) to the smaller inlet holes. It has a place to install a vent line if one is needed. Hook a discharge hose to the discharge line on the top of the unit. Additionally, because my application was different than installing the unit in a home. I needed a different type of sealing coupling. I elected to use Rubber PVC Pipe couplings for my connections to be sure I had a leak free seal on the lines. then the last step was to plug the macerator in and open the septic valve from the RV to drain the tanks. Same as flushing the toilet. As soon as the macerator was full it started automatically grinding and pumping the waist onto the ICB Tote that was 20 feet away. It continued automatically turning on and off until the tank was empty. Now it just sits idle waiting for the next flush. I've had the Macerator in service now for two weeks with no issues. When I emptied the ICB Tote I was surprised to find that the grindings were very fine and easily drained through the tanks garden hose valve with no clogs. Personally, I think the low star ratings are from buyers that did not properly hook the macerator up. You have to understand that this unit has a lot of head pressure to be able to pump sewage a required distance uphill. This will create a lot of pressure in the discharge line especially if a small discharge hose is used. To prevent the hose from leaking or coming detached during operation, a good tight seal is required. I recommend using a little silicone gasket adhesive on the connections and letting them dry overnight before your first use. Double check the tightness of the clamps prior to using the unit and check the tightness of the clamps again after a couple days use to ensure leak free operation. Personally, I like the macerator. It works great and saved me the cost of installing a Septic System.

Powerful and quite
Easy to install after reading throughly the instruction booklet. Very complete as provided. One outlet , 4 inlets in various location , a vent and pipe adapters, it will pump macerated waste easily. I wish the toilet inlet pipe was longer. The way I installed it was behind a wall , in an accessible location which I lined with sound proofing material to lessen the noise produced . The vent has a removal carbon filter that I installedHowever the one key item that's not provided and it is ABSOLUTELY needed is a back flow preventer valve that is needed on the discharge line. Im happy with it now, I will revisit this review in a few months
