A great addition to your healthy journey!
I've not had any negative or unbearable side effects with this product at all...the pills are relatively small, so very easy to swallow. There's only been a couple of small bouts with constipation, but increasing your fiber intake will alleviate that..I just recommend drinking lots of water and eating foods that are higher in fiber. Coupled with even the most moderate of exercises, one should definitely start seeing noticeable results! I do recommend.
