Good for patio roof
Works perfectly for our patio roof. The fan was balanced out of the box. Putting the fan blades on required a little wiggling to get screws to line up properly and go in, but other than that, it was a simple install. Wouldn't mind if the highest speed was a little faster but still very good. One of the better deals for a fan of this size.

Easy install and very nice
We bought this fan for our living and kitchen area. It turned out amazing. We put the black side down, but there is a wood looking side too. It is huge but it was pretty easy to install and the fact that the blades go on after the motor is mounted made the installation 100 times easier. I love this fan, it turned out better than I could have imagined.

Doesn't work
Time consuming to install and then didn't work. Followed all trouble shooting tips so has to be faulty.
