Q: can this batter be used to make dosa pancakes?

The batter can be cooked on a griddle pan or frying pan. The texture wouldn’t be like dosa/ pancake as the the batter doesn’t give the right consistency, but it is possible to make small crumpet like cakes (similar to the centre of a hopper) by using a flat pan as seen in the video.
