Dimmable and bright! I did have to adjust the spring location a tad, but installed quickly.

Fit and Look Great
Nice lights to upgrade your bulbs of old for your recessed cans. Easy to install and white color selection is a nice option. My only complaint is they seem sensitive to other voltage pulling devices, with a slight flicker when using a vacuum, iron, sink waste disposal, etc. Definitely not a deal breaker and a good value.

Half the lights are flickering like crazy!!
These lights are an amazing value and look great! In fact I spent a ton of time looking for Flush + Retrofit and these appeared to be the best option. However, after installing a dozen of them - almost half of them are flickering like crazy. So much so, its giving a headache / making me feel woozy.I am not using any dimmer switch. I installed a Halo recessed light to test the outlet and they work fine. I dont like the look of Halo, but I guess I have no choice but to return these.
