If you ever go to the Chinese Medicine clinic, you should have tried one of those cupping but instead of vacuum upping, it uses fire to suck out the air in a glass cup and stick it onto you.Well, I think the traditional way is pretty effective but not something I can do at home on my own. This little thing is safer and easier to use, so I have to do this at home sometimes so I can visit my Chinese Doctor less frequently.But please note that this only comes with 1 unit. I jumped the gun and without paying too much attention, I thought the title said 4 cups in 1 order. lol Well, it was my own mistake, and I am not going to deduct any stars for this review as function-wise, it works very well.

This package includes the cupper mechanism, USB-C charge cord, and instruction manual. There is only on size cup with the hole being 2.25 inch diameter. As far as I can tell this cup is not meant to be removed. There are 4 control buttons: on/off, temp, suction power, and pause/intermittent pause. On this model there are are 12 intervals of temp and power each. Each press of the respective button increases power, and after reaching level 12 it returns to 0, which is off setting. The pause button pauses the suction.I've used cupping before, but never have used an automated version. The heating element is nice, I guess, but I honestly couldn't have told you whether it felt like it was heating my skin when my skin was busy being sucked up into a little cup. The instruction manual is a somewhat poor translation, and some parts are confusing. The instructions say to start the suction power at level one and I cannot agree with this more. The suction on this thing is crazy. I started to panic because it just kept going and getting my skin tighter, and so I fumbled at the controls a bit before I found the pause button, which released the suction. I suggest you thoroughly acquaint yourself with the controls before you begin, and have your hand hovering on the pause button your first few times using this.I've been over the instruction manual a couple times and I can't find directions on how to achieve this, but there is an intermittent pause mode which is my favorite mode by far (the other mode just being constant). To trigger this, once on, press the on/off button once quickly to get 2 dashes "breathing mode". Then press the pause button and quickly press it a couple more times (this seemed to function inconsistently), then press the "suction power" button to engage the intermittent pauses. The intermittent mode basically has a short suction mode, followed by a short pause to allow your skin to sink back down. It keeps the maximal amount of skin pull to maybe about 2/3 high in the chamber, rather than just steadily increasing the amount of skin pulled with the constant mode. Some intermittent modes last longer than others, but I found nothing in the documentation regarding how to use this function.A couple things I think could be better: there seems to be no way to change the "treatment time". It seems to be always 20 minutes. And, there is no indication of the charge level. When charging, the display just shows 2 blinking dashes. Giving 4/5. I like the product but some of the modes are enigmatic and I would like to be able to adjust the treatment time.

I'm not sure exactly who this device is designed to help. It is super powerful suction offering 12 levels of heat and 12 levels of suction. In the product description it shows an image of an older gentleman. My husband and I both fall into that category, since I am 60 and my husband is 62. So, we both gave it a try and here is a description and what we experienced. This cupping device comes with a short USB-C cable, you must provide the power block. The power , suction power, pressure relief and temperature buttons are on the top of the device. What is most important, the pressure relief button has a raised dot on the button so you can easily find it by touch. There are 2 different suction modes. Deep negative pressure which is just sucking the entire time. The second mode, soothing breathing mode. This mode is a pulsing sensation in and out with suction. I used it on the lowest possible setting and selected the left side of my knee as the first location. I could only tolerate the pain for 2 minutes. Honestly, it hurt more than the pain in my knee. I then places it on the front of my left shoulder blade. Again the lowest possible setting. Holy moly, this cupping device is so painful. I couldn't stand any longer that 2 minutes each time I used it. Even worse than that, I ended up with 2 large black and blue circle marks that took 4 days to vanish. I placed this on my husbands upper back. He was able to tolerate it for 5 minutes. The exact same black and blue circle formed on his back. Big black and blue circles created on level 1 both heat and suction. Did it help our pain? I have to say no. Maybe it is because we couldn't stand the pain for a full session. I just can't imagine covering my body in black and blue circles. So, if you are in the market for a super strong suction, multi heat cupping device, look no further. Unfortunately, this product is not for us.

I really like this electronic cupping device. I found it be immediately effective at easing the muscle pain on my upper back.It’s very easy to use - there aren’t many buttons, and using them is intuitive.There are a lot of suction strength and heat settings to choose from, so I can get a custom experience according to which part of my body I’m treating, and how much it hurts.When in use, the suction cycles through on and off to keep the suction level steady.A little detail that I really appreciate - there’s a little raised nub on the buttons pad, so you can tell where to press to turn off or adjust settings when the device is on the back of your body. Other devices I’ve tried didn’t have that, so I couldn’t tell where to press during treatment.
