This adjustable rolling pin has completely transformed my baking experience! I purchased it primarily for making cookies and pie crusts, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The thickness rings are brilliant - they come in multiple sizes (1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, etc.) which allows me to achieve perfectly consistent dough thickness every single time. This is so very very nice love the sizes you can have thick to very thin this is an awesome roller ! Well worth the money and sooooo easy to clean and use!

Where has this been all my life? I will never go back to a wooden rolling pin that is annoying to clean. This metal one feels like it flattens things out better than a traditional rolling pin. I think things also stick to it less and it's easier to do the saran wrap trick if you need to. Plus, it's adjustable and takes up much less space! Not to mention it's easy to machine wash when you're finished.

Love this product! This product is Light Weight and very Durable! IF you want to roll your cookies out to the perfect size then this is a must have product! The Stainless Steel makes it so your cookie product will not stick to the roller, while at the same time able to roll out your dough to the pefect thickness. Which the sizes that come standard are (10mm, 6mm, 3mm, 2mm, but you can also buy other sizes to add on if these arn't the ones you would like. These are just the most used by bakers.

This rolling pin is a game-changer for amateur cookies like myself. The spacers on the end allow for rolling out dough in a consistent thickness (1/4” is my preference for sugar cookies!). It definitely took my cookies to the next level. It’s long enough to roll out half a batch of dough in one shot, and the weight is perfect … not too heavy, but not too light. I can’t speak to how it handles the stickiness of the dough because I roll mine out between two pieces of parchment paper (another game-changer … try it if you haven’t!) This is the second time I’ve purchased this rolling pin because - unfortunately - the first one broke 😭 My toddler decided to use it as a drumstick (thankfully not upside her sister’s head) and the plastic screw that holds the spacers on the end snapped off. We tried to glue it back together but it didn’t hold. I wasn’t comfortable using glue on a utensil that touches food, anyhow. Without that plastic screw, the rolling pin can’t be used as intended and needed to be replaced. I’d love to see some modifications to the design to make the screw a little more durable, but overall I loved it enough that I replaced it with the exact same rolling pin.
