Overall, this is by far the best supplement I’ve ever used for fitness and general health. I have seen tremendous lean muscle mass results over the past year that I’ve been using REAAL. Additionally, all three flavors are fantastic tasting and stir clear. I recommend this product to anyone at any fitness level as you will be amazing at how well it works. I usually take it during my workout or after a run and I never have any pain the following day in muscles. It has help me grow a significant amount of lean muscle mass and I would say doesn’t matter if your just starting in the fitness world or are a body builder, this stuff works! Well worth the price, however, I do wish REAAL made 60 day supplies as well.

This stuff is the real deal! Clean ingredients and really makes a difference in my recovery. I keep a canister in my workout bag (also sold in packets) and mix it before I leave the gym parking lot. Immediate "food" for my muscles and it tastes really good. I like the Brazilian Berry and Kona Dragon Fruit is de-lish as well. Keeps me fueled and satisfied until I get home after running errands, etc. I'm not really sure if it's a good value for the money because I haven't found anything on the market that compares with this to be honest so??? Definitely worth buying. Super easy way to get all your Aminos and drink more water!!

This patented supplement has the correct ratio of Essential Amino Acid in order to repair muscle, which makes you have more energy and endurance and has been backed by scientific studies on humans. This product is going to change the fitness game! I've always struggled with my protein intake because in order to get enough, I have to drink protein shakes. But the calories add up so quickly that I end up having to replace my meals with protein shakes to avoid gaining weight. So for those of you who like to eat FOOD like me, this is the bomb...and more effective!

I received this powder in very poor shape. I’m not even going to attempt using it. I’m very disappointed, I’ve never had this problem. Would like to have another one sent immediately.

This is the best tasting, easiest drinking muscle maintenance supplement have ever used. I've been drinking it pre and post workout for about a month and I am noticing quicker recovery after mountain bike rides, trail runs, and push up and pull up routines, as well as a real pump during. I have noticed a difference in muscle growth since I started drinking Reaal and I will continue to use this product.

Best product for muscle gain I’ve used. I’m not a body builder but want to increase muscle and it’s very hard when you’re female and over 60. It took time -like six-eight weeks, but I totally have more muscle and definition. I won’t stop taking this!
