You turn on Bluetooth on your mobile and then search for your controller while very close to it. Theirs a CODE on the side of the Controller that you will need to be able to connect to it, as its used as the password while connecting to it. When you connect to it, you can change settings, like maximum charge input in AMPS. It will store all data on how much solar energy its collected, etc. It has a maximum effect range of 15-20 Feet, dont believe what the documents say. This is one of the best, controllers out their in the world for the consumer. !!! You get what you pay for !!!
