I can’t recommend this product enough! It’s a great price and it works amazingly! I use it for headaches/migraines and for when I’m having bad anxiety symptoms, and wearing this immediately slows my heart rate. The material is super soft and comfortable, and it stays flexible while not getting too cold too put on your head.

Covers almost all my head and I have a pretty big head. But it’s not to tight it slips right over my head not in a baggy way with I was impressed with that. However they made this it fit right over my pretty big head not to tight it uncomfortable at all. I read some that said tight. This one is a great fit I can’t remember if the had one size or more. Super easy to use gets very cold in the freezer and stays cold plenty long to help headaches. That’s what I use it for. Cas it’ll cover your eyes for the headaches in your eye that are brutal. What is rely great is I have used the regular Velcro strap ones and if I have my glasses on trying to where those laying on my side watching tv feeling good with the cold on my head but the strap ones are hard to keep in place this one pulls right over and stays where you put it and I can with this lay on one side stays cold easy long enough then right back into fridge. Great value for the price.

This is a gift for anyone with anxiety or recurring headaches. It retains its cold temperature for about 45 minutes of continuous use, and fits securely around my face. My favorite part is that I can easily slip it over my hair without any issues. It is soft and flexible even after being in the freezer overnight. I’ve used it for both relief of headaches as well as when I’m experiencing heightened anxiety. I cannot say enough good things about this relief cap.

Sometimes nothing will touch a migraine in terms of medication, and you have to lie in a dark room and wait it out. That's when you need this. I took off one star because it's so cold straight from the freezer that it's painful in its own right, and I ended up trying to stuff fabric behind it, but then it warms up pretty quickly so the fabric had to come out....the whole process felt very fiddly, like I was always adjusting it, and that's not what I want when I'm in too much pain to stand up. I don't know what would make it easier to use--maybe putti g it in the fridge instead of the freezer, but that would shorten usage time. For the periods during which it is cold enough but not too cold, I would say this provides moderate relief. There's a bit of a "synthetic" smell straight out of the box but that fades. It will pick up smells from the freezer, however, so putting it in a Ziploc is not a bad idea.

Does what it says it will do- and fast! get it if you have migraines! I am so grateful for this thing! I keep it inside the package, stored in the fridge. That way, it is ready when I need it. It does not have to be frozen to work. I have not tried it in the microwave. It brings almost instant relief of my migraines. It is just tight enough for my big head, so it stays put. It smelled a little out of the package the first time but that went away. It is easy to clean with a mild soap in the kitchen sink, never put it in the washer before.
