April 2 2025 updated the earlier review to 5 stars. The vendor did send a replacement seat. The bike works very good and my wife loves it.When we received the bike, we discovered a small tear in the seat. We reported as per the instructions and sent photos of the damage when requested. We have NOT heard anything back as to if they plan to send us a replacement or not.Since no response, we are considering sending the bike back to Amazon.We have assembled and the bike does work well, but concerned the seat will not hold up.

Wasn't too hard to assemble (allow 2-3 hours, but everything was well labeled). At first I thought the resistance knob wasn't working but, as I've used it, I can see how it has impacted the degree of workout. It's very quiet, which I really like because I'm always watching something as I peddle. If you're looking for a really difficult excercise machine, this probably isn't the right choice, but for someone with back or knee issues, or an oldster, this fills the bill!

This is a great bike! It is so quiet, sturdy, and the seat and back support are comfortable. There are wheels that are so well positioned that I (a senior granny) can easily move the bike when necessary. Other features are an easy to operate panel displaying vital info, a ledge for a cell phone or book, a sliding mechanism for seat adjustment, and removable elastic straps for arm/upper body work.ALL THIS AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE!

Esta es una excelente máquina. Es de fuerte construcción y muy segura para aquellas personas que están en recuperación, especialmente de rodillas. Las instrucciones de estar en letras más grandes ya que son muy pequeñas y en ocasiones se puede confundir un número por otro. Pero en general, excelente producto. Se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona que esté en el proceso de recuperación.

I have had this and used it long enough I feel I can give a fair review. As far as how it functions for the most part (the right pedal clicks now and then and the seat leaver to slide it back and for doesn't stay locked) I would give it 4 stars. As far as seat comfort it deserves a zero. It is painful to sit on and I have had to by a seat cushion. The directions were to put it together were okay-ish. There were several things you could not tell what directions the piece was supposed to be. The heart rate mo it or is not accurate. As far as being able to use it to exercise it works.UPDATE: The company contacted me directly on May 7, 2025 and offered to replace the pedal, seat brake and heart rate monitor as well as refund me $30. I declined the pedal and heart rate monitor as I think I have repaired the pedal and I can calculate my heart rate. I did take them up on the officer for the new seat brake and $30 refund, neither which I have gotten at this point (5/16/2025). I will update this in another week to see where we are at.

Love the arms being down so that weights can be used for the arms at the same time. The resistant bands are perfect. The directions were easy to follow for the construction. The tension controller is much easier to use than our previous bike.
