if i need 20 metres - then i need to buy 4 , each of 5 meters ? how to add them up using a single switch? one or more drivers will be needed?

You will have to buy another piece to extend. Since this is a 2 in 1 strip, you cannot use an ordinary driver in this.

I have a 20 ft led strip light requirement for ceiling. Can I join muliple 5 mm led strip in series and have one switch for it?

Not sure because adaptor which they provide with this led strip is for 5 meter.

How to change the colour ? How to toggle ?

Theres no seperate switch for colour changing nor any seperate wire, only 2 wire connection for the power supply. When first you switch-on the power supply the white colour is displayed, now if you switch-off & switch-on within 3 seconds the colour changes to blue (these instructions are briefed in a piece if paper in the package). Brilliant piece of switching engineering....
