ERISED Fresh Produce Vegetable Fruit Storage Containers

My heads of iceberg lettuce will last 2 weeks in this bin. Before storing, I do remove the core of my lettuce and soak it in salt water in my sink to get rid of bugs and bacteria, then rinse and let out mostly drain before putting it into this bin core side down. It stays crisp and perfectly green for up to two weeks!For other veggies, I put a small amount of water in that will stay below the grate, so the venue isn’t wet, but there’s plenty of moisture in the bin to keep the veggies from drying out. Carrots and celery are perfect for this!The date dial seems unnecessary, but it’s a cool concept. The bins nest inside each other for easy storing and they wash well.Great buy!

These are larger than they appear - which is great for me! They're super durable, high-quality looking and performing, and easy to clean. I would have guessed they were double or triple the price, seriously!

These actually work! The strawberries in the pic were 5 days after buying which normally would be dark and soft after a day or 2. Only the big one is starting to get soft (this isn’t the container in the pic). I have lettuce in another that is 2 weeks old and just starting to turn brown.

To make this work, the fruit and veggies have to be dry. I wanted to test how well they preserved, so I placed the lettuce in the biggest container, and after 1.5 months, there wasn't even a brown spot on the leaves, but they looked "mummified". I also tried it with the grapes. Although they looked fresh, there was a chemical taste to them. I still think the containers are good, but I will not push the limit to over 2 weeks.

I've bought several different types and these seem the best. Durable and also has a dial with month and day on. Keeps items fresher longer.

Love these containers. The middle size one was missing one of the white date tabs on the dial when I received it. I contacted the seller, they were quick to reply and sent out a replacement lid immediately. Fantastic customer service!

Put all 3 in the dishwasher before using and all three warped so that the lids no longer work! Basically trash! Why would I purchase plastic food storage that I have to hand wash?! Terrible, do not buy!

I can't tell you ho many heads of lettuce I have thrown away because being single, I do not get even halfway thru and it rots. This product is awesome. My lettuce stayed good for over a month. I would definitely buy it again.
