Price makes this a must have for any level guitarist. it is a fairly basic speaker, 3 knobs to control gain, tone, and volume. the Overdrive selector is a plus but its nothing too crazy special. if you have a nice guitar with nice pickups you can get alot of different tones. My ibanez with passive EMG's sounds thick and muffled, but that is the nature of those pickups. if you were playing active picups or running a preamp or pedal though you will be happy with it.Something not included in their discription is that the front grill cover is magnetic (found out by dropping the unit and it popped off) it is modular though and can be removed and replaced as needed. If you take the front grill off you notce that all the sound is coming from 2 small speakers maybe 2" round. That being said, your not going to get hard hitting lows with this amp. it is good for jazzy blues practice or just as a runner amp. its loud enough you could do some light busking im sure too.*BEST FEATURE*it doubles as a bluetooth speaker, allowing you to play tracks while also playing guitar through the amp. It works wonderfully because it separates the two sounds allowing you to adjust the Gain, tone, volume independantly from the backing track. You can control the volume level of your backing track using your media device do mix the two sounds at the level that you like.if your on the fence for a small amp, just tell yourself "its a bluetooth speaker too and i can play along with music i find on youtube" and then use that as an excuse to pull the trigger on buying this amp.

this is great if you have an electric guitar in an apartment and don't want to annoy the neighbors. it keeps a pretty good charge on it, i usually plug my headphones into input and listen that way. it's very basic, beginner style gear, it has an overdrive switch and a few knobs. but i also look at it as being lo-fi and DIY, and even though it's small, there are many experiments one can do with a small amp to make it into something more. the power isn't the selling point here, it's letting you be able to play electric guitar in a space where noise may not be so enthusiastically appreciated.

a lot smaller than i thought def a good buy for a beginner or to practice, a lot louder than i expected it to be but dont expect it to blow your eardrums out, i could see my self taking this on vacation to play as it is very portable, it comes with a white usb c charger i havent used it yet so battery life seems to be good. functionality wise its amazing it will get the job done

I bought this because of the size and cost. I to it is a great practice amp and surprisingly has a pretty big sound. The distortion is pretty cool as I can make my baritone ukulele sound like an electric guitar. The battery life is insanely good! I have actually never charged it from the charge it came with and it keeps going! Does distort on high volume

Great little amp! Puts out great sound. Perfect for playing/practicing in a quiet spot if don't want to piss your neighbors off.

This little amp sounds like you would expect for $30. Don't expect it to sound like a tube amp or even a good modeling amp. It doesn't sound big, the distortion is harsh and the cleans are sterile. I use it for practice while my young children are sleeping, so it's better than nothing.

Absolutely wonderful mini amp for price.The sound quality is pretty good, alongside the surprising loudness of the speaker, and the battery life is really nice too.The only downside was the TS cable that connects it to the guitar wasn’t very high quality, but that was to be expected.
