ROG Delta II Wireless Gaming Headset with Detachable Mic – Black

Although this headset is a bit of a premium price, you'll want to save up for it. It is hands down the best gaming headset I have ever owned. Wired or otherwise. Without getting too wordy, I'll tell it to you straight. Sound quality and volume level (especially for a wireless headset) are both outstanding. Full, rich sound that can be tuned any way you like. Lightweight and comfortable - it comes with your choice of cloth or PU Leather ear cups that both fit well and feel great - and are replaceable. Super long battery life (I haven't ran it out yet - but honestly, aren't you going to plug it in about every other night or so, anyway?) Very durable build quality. Light Metal Framework with 180 degree swivel. Connectivity Options - Wired, RF Dongle, Bluetooth. and a personal favorite... you can play over the RFI dongle and simultaneously connect to your phone. The connection is seamless. The LED light options are icing on the cake. As a 40+ year gamer this truly is my favorite gaming headset so far.

I’ve got to be honest, considering some of the reviews I saw which seems kind of meh, I didn’t know what to expect. But I’ve had these things for about four weeks. They sound good! Right off the bat, the Bluetooth and the 2.4 GHz are solid, the noise cancellation is actually not bad, and I love the adjustability and the fact that you can take the microphone on and off and just put it in your case when you’re not using it. I use these for my Xbox Ally X, so range is not really a factor. Last, but not least, there’s the PMP factor. Even though you don’t want to leave the lights on all the time if you’re trying to maximize battery life—they look cool. After a couple of hours my session is done, but even with the lights on they can push something like nine hours. To be honest, there is something pretty legit about synchronizing the lights on the Delta 2’s with your Xbox Ally X— it will make you smile. Solid purchase. That is all.

I have a bigger head than i'd like to admit. Usually, headphones tend to put more pressure the wider they're stretched. Not these headphones, idk what black magic they pulled, but these don't add pressure when stretched, it's a gentle grip all the way out. Gentle grip like, you could walk around the house with them and that's it. I wouldn't take them driving, definitely can't be working out in them. Which is fine, they're meant to be at your desk and comfy for long hours. If you have a bigger head, I can't recommend these enough for comfort. Connectivity has also been great. This connects with, 3mm, bluetooth, usb receiver, and usb cable. So you won't lose these to a bad cable as they're all replaceable. For me, no complaints with, zoom on pc, zoom on iphone, discord on pc, and discord on android. I accidently found that bluetooth and usb receiver can be used at the same time. So i connected the usb receiver to my work laptop, and then bluetoothed to my phone. Put music in the background over my boring zoom meeting. Its great :) (3mm cannot be used at the same time with any other input.) I have a separate iphone for work. I've found that switching between iphone and android very easy on these headphones. On other bluetooth devices i have, the iphone keeps trying to take back bluetooth devices from the android phone... These headphones ignore the iphone unless i want it to connect to it. So i dont have to shut off the iphone bluetooth to switch devices anymore. Left side volume control wheel can also pressed down as a mute button for your mic. If you use the mic that came with it, it glows red to show its muted. Nice touch. Good enough basic mic for zoom meetings/discord calls. I like that it's removable, to put away when not in use. Its also replaceable if you wanna use your own 3mm mic, but probably better off not using any usb mic if you want a very nice mic. use a mixer board or stand-alone. Battery life is great too. I use mine for 1-3 hours a workday in meetings. I recharge it every 2-3 weeks or so. I like that the external rgb lights can be shut off by the software. Unnecessary battery use if you ask me.

So I have had these for some months now and I can say this may be my favorite headset outside of how easy the fabric on the headband has fell apart. The sound quality is great and I even mixed my mic quality on my pc before using with PS5 and all settings hold up. I enjoy the RGBs and Dual connection. For the price, it is very worth it and the fit is adjustable (I have a giant afro so this is important). Very cozy and the battery life is amazing. The mic is also detachable so if you have any issues you can look into buying another but, so far so good. Great product.

I ordered these in February. Since then the fabric covering the foam headrest in the center has completely come unglued and was just hanging off, and now the battery life that used to last several days won't even go a full day without giving a low battery warning. I bought these as they had the best reviews and tech compared to all the other contenders. Superior audio quality and both bluetooth and dongle connectivity made seemingly feel it was worth the high asking price. Too bad the quality doesn't hold up. When i contacted ASUS they said i'd have to ship it to them with a 10+ day turn around. I have heard consistent stories about what a nightmare their RMA process is so i'm considering just eating the cost and finding my own fixes (to the headrest at least). I already have a 3500+ ASUS gaming laptop I bought 4 years ago that is now a brick because the soldered-on graphics card died and repairing it would cost more than the laptop. I still don't understand how that is even legal. Anyway buy these at your own risk. I'm done with ASUS.

I primarily bought the ASUS ROG Delta 2 for work, but I’ve also been using it for gaming, and I’ve been very impressed with it. The dual-device functionality is my favorite feature. Having separate controls for each connected device makes it incredibly convenient, especially when using it for work. Setup was essentially plug-and-play, and the sound quality has been excellent for both work and gaming. Battery life has also been great so far. My main complaint is the fit. I have a smaller head, and the clamping pressure feels a little light, so I sometimes have to reposition the headset. It isn’t uncomfortable, but it can move around more than I’d like. One other limitation is using the 3.5mm connection with an Xbox controller. You can’t adjust the volume or mute directly from the headset in that configuration. I plan to use a small mic/volume controller with the Xbox controller, so this isn’t a major issue for me. Overall, this has been a great all-around headset. The sound quality, battery life, plug-and-play setup, and especially the dual-device functionality make it very versatile for both work and gaming. I’m still giving it a 5 star review, because they don’t claim Xbox functionality, and it’s amazing for the devices it’s intended for.

Excellent headset. Sound is great, and comfort as well. Had these on for 6 hours playing, and no issues. Need to use the supplied cable for connecting to Xbox unfortunately, but really flawless connection to my PC. Build is solid, and materials are really good as well. Also connects to my Samsung phone. For the price, these are really good.

They sound great, very good mic, good a lot of comments from friends on discord about it. Battery last as long as the description says, i like the detach mic, but you have to look when installing it, it's hard to fit it while wearing it. The 2.4 and BT audio works amazing, i can be in a meeting on my work laptop, while having some music on my personal PC at the same time, no lag no distortion of sound., RGB is unnecessary but thankfully it can be turned off. if you found it in discount, its great value. Looks are ok, you don't buy this because it looks good. they seem sturdy enough.

Great headset! It sounds good on the mic and also the ears. Comes with 2 ear things. I use the really breathable ones and the headset is super lightweight. Battery life is amazing too.

Love it no problem connecting to Bluetooth or hard wire but have some issues connecting to 2.4ghz sometimes amor crate let's it down.comfortable battery life is good quality is great sound is e too but expensive but I thought it was worth it as I wanted all my to be from one manufacturer as had more trouble mixing and matching with programs clashing
