Forget about multi-point connection!
Definitely not recommended by any means; I bought this headset for 1 main reason: multi-point connection, and these headsets fail miserably in that. After months of using, I still face terrible issues on a daily basis trying to connect both laptop and phone together. Headsets constantly lose connections to either one, and not even once did I manage to get them switch seemlesly between devices if one gets a call and the other is playing. In addition to this, the headsets slip out of ear shockingly very easily, it's worse than $10 headsets. The quality of the sound is average. The noise cancelling is acceptable.

Great ANC and battery life.
Great battery life compared to Bose Ultras. Great ANC. But have a few connection issues. I hope a firmware update will change this. Sometimes the right or left earbuds won't turn on when taken out of the case or connection drops. Have to re-pair the earbuds. Hope a firmware update will fix it and it's not a quality control physical defect.

Lose connection randomly
The noise cancelling is very good and the battery life is long. The downside is that the earbuds lose connectivity randomly, so therefore making the experience less enjoyable.

not recommended
not suitable for all device, very bad for pairing to no android or apple product. Not recommended for music players. Sound quality is not as expected for the price, not for hi fi music just for phone

Excellent ANC. Useable mic. Unexciting Music.
This and the Bose Quietcomfort Ultra are the only two which eliminates human voices, to filter out distracting chatter. Ultra has gives Music experience while this one has clearer mic for phone calls.

These are good! I am coming from some older earbuds, namely the original pixel buds pro earbuds. I felt that those earbuds hit a better price point than their successors, the pixel buds pro 2, did. They recently started to give me some trouble and the battery has been degrading quite rapidly, so I know I needed to look for a new set. These Bose buds caught my eye as the largest limitation with the OG pixel buds was their ANC performance. I use earbuds a lot when performing yard work, so drowning out various tools and traffic noise were top of my priorities. Additionally, I did not want to spend 200+ USD on something like the AZ100 or the more premium offers from Sony/Bose. These have filled those requirements nearly perfectly. I am very impressed with ANC performance, they seem very similar to my Sony WH-XM3s. This is a very impressive feat for in ear buds, but I know that the Sonys are a few generations old at this stage. I can say that they handily outperform the pixel buds. This seems especially true with higher frequency sounds. Overall, very impressed with how they handle noise suppression/ANC in busy environments as well. Voices seem to be suppressed quite well. I was also presently suprised by sounds quality. I think that these sound a little better than the OG pixel buds do. Clarity is better, especially in the mids. These also tend to get really loud, especially compared to the pixel buds. I notice I am often not using more than 50% of the volume available to achieve normal listening volumes. Bass is somewhat bloated, overall similar to the Sony WH-XM3s, but this is overall a pleasurable tune and can be adjusted with a 5 band equalizer. There are some potential downsides. While the buds themselves feel high quality, the case feels relatively cheap and oversized. The OG pixelbuds have been rock solid for me. Their case has survived numerous drops and being mistaken for a dog toy a time or two. The Bose QC case feels much lighter and the cover feels much thinner. The hinge also does not feel nearly as robust. With that said, I do appreciate that they sell a replacement charging case for 60$. While it was touched on, I do also want to mention that the case seems just a little too large. It's about 50% thicker than the pixel buds or airpods. It's still very pocketable, but I do not think I will carry them with me at all times like I did with the pixel buds. The intrusiveness of the larger case in conjunction with my concerns about durability make me hesitant. Overall, these are really nice earbuds. I have not experienced any connectivity issues using the latest update. They connect and play quickly as expected. They have had great stability in ear, even while running. I think these strike a very good value for money where spending more may have diminishing returns. I think this is especially relevant as it seems that all wireless earbuds tend to have a lifespan of a few years before they are end of life due to wear or battery degradation. It's hard for me to justify spending more on something I can only expect to last 2-4 years.

The clarity is good - and they did mean what they said it gets real loud at full volume. The ANC is decent - it is better than my buds 2 pro. I guess it is definitely value for money for me. I would suggest to get it for less than 10k if and when it goes to that range. The charging case is proper huge box of plastic - and I am not understating it. The buds are really huge - I bought it for exercising and playing squash when alone. Can't comment on longevity - might update if I remember a year later. Battery performance seems to be very good - the mentioned 8.5 hours at 60-70% volume is absolutely doable, and I guess it might even extend - I used it for listening to a book on audible in full volume with ANC for about an hour and it soc dropped by 10% on each bud. The touch controls are over sensitive, and the touches starts getting recognized as soon as the buds are removed from the case. Auto cut off is a hit or off thing - I am seeing it work at times. As a old soundlink headphone and speaker user - I find it good - the sound quality is nice - didn't lose much detail - tried classic rock and even sound staging seems decent which is quite surprising. More than decent for the price I got it for. Please don't pay more than 10k for these pair. While the sound quality and performance will be premium - functionality might be impaired. You can also consider soundcore at that price range - for less than 10k - if premiumness, features and sound quality is the main thing. If you are seeing this bose piece for any price less than 5k again - just swoop in. Don't hesitate.
