Good product. Customer Service needs improvement.
This is a great mini computer. I replaced my laptop with this computer and I am very happy with the size, performance, features, power and speed. It runs pretty cool.I am giving it 4 stars because of the customer service.I initially bought one which had some issues with the WIFI and BT drivers. I went to the company web site and I downloaded the drivers and installed them again. It didn't work. I contacted customer service and they sent me to a different web site where I downloaded the drivers again and tried to install them again. It didn't work. I spent more than 4 days trying to make it work but it didn't. I contacted customer service again and I said that I am thinking to return the computer. Never heard from them again.I returned the computer and it took a month to get reimbursed.

Love this computer.
I have had this computer running for at least a month and it just keeps on ticking. I couldn't ask for anything more, it's quiet and top of the line. One thing I really like is it mounts on the back of the monitor and the mount was included.

They have great customer service! I had an issue with my order but they responded promptly and did everything they could to make it right. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the PC!
