Perfect for our camper
With the small size and the hiking theme, this was a perfect addition to our camper. It's a great game for a small space (we used a tray table). Our whole family (with kids age 10 & 12) enjoyed it.The first box I received was damaged, but I did an exchange and the second box is fine.

Fun game with national park theme
RulebookThe info you need to play is there, but it is sometimes not so clear. Unless it just clicks for you, I would plan to read the rulebook multiple times and watch a playthrough video. Especially keep it handy for first couple of plays.ComponentsKeymaster does great components and this is no exception. Love the booklets and the earthtone colors for that outdoorsy feel. The eraser is also a nice touch. Overall, love the components!GameplayThis is a roll and write game if you didn't guess it already from the title. You roll the dice to collect resources and then record where you have been, animals seen, etc. as you progress on the path. The different park cards help change things up and break the monotony. Plays in roughly 30 minutes and is easy to grasp once you get past the rules. I would note that this is not quite the same experience as Parks. However, I enjoyed playing it and would recommend it with the few caveats mentioned.

Good quick version of it's larger sibling
If you enjoy parks, this game embraces a good chunk of elements from it. It does not have the same depth, but it makes for an easier and faster experience that is still engaging for the time it lasts. The variety of parks you can visit keeps the game fresh.

Great game!
This is a great game. It can be played either solo or with up to four people. The little passports or scoring booklets. Make individual scoring so easy. Take a hike and see what you see along the way.

Really Confusing Rules
I'm not an amateur board game player, but this game has me pretty baffled as far as the rules go. Either the rule booklet isn't written well, the rules are just too complex for a tiny game like this, or maybe I'm just dense, but I'm waiting to find a how-to-play video to really figure out how to play this. :)) Which is really disappointing, because the game itself is really aesthetically pleasing! It's nice and portable, and I appreciate the magnetic closure on the lid, and all the pieces are really nice! So, it's a fun LOOKING game, but as for playing, I really have yet to find out. ;)

Fantastic game, but difficult to master
This is a great game BUT I would not recommend it if you're not an avid gamenight-er. Its a lot more complicated than you would think a Parks game would be. Super fun though!
