In just 3 months use, water pump stopped working, After sending it to service center they refused the claim under warranty because the they said we have used detergent in the water compartment, but we haven't used any detergent. Only liquid floor cleaner and tap water was used. We have hard water issue, due to that it was showing white water marks on the backside and due to this our taps also get clogged sometimes. But it was un intentional damage. If it was mentioned in the warranty that we need to use RO water, we could have done that. But warranty claim was refused and for the paid pump they said it would take more than 2 months to get the parts arranged. Quarter of the year is getting spent only to get the item repaired. Although suction works fine, It is only usable if you don't have too much things in your house, I do not recommend it if you have small children in your house because they will throw their toys and puzzles everywhere and you have to clean everything and reach to the areas where you generally do not go to clean. Which makes your efforts double. If you are looking robot for Mop feature it is not good either because it will leave marks on the floor whichever direction it goes to. It is like you hold a wet towel in your hand which is touching the floor and you are walking, which means if there is a simple mark on the floor it will stay as it is. Overall. -Suction quality adequate -Mop feature is just a gimmick if you have children in your home - Only good for working people who doesn't stay home much and have only minimal things in the house.

It's easy to set up.mapping feature is also good.It is very good in dust collection.mopping is not so good.It does not do deep mopping.but overall I am quite satisfied with its usefulness.It is recommended.

Eufy G50 Hybrid have strong suction, mopping feature, available for very low price, but we need improvement in dynamic mapping and should provide map navigation to select area as it's older G series or some other models. It doesn't clean corners effectively which are opposite to side brush, detangle option seams to be a gimmick as it tightens the hair to the brush, it takes so much time compared lidar bases navigation especially near opsticals and leave some unclean area which is so much annoying. I prefer to replace L60 hybrid option if available.

Nice product.Good mapping functionality and value for money

The product description is delusional. Very disappointed with the purchase. I purchased model T2212 and it does not have mapping function in the app. It just runs in the entire house by its own will. Robot does not vacuum/mop entire house, leaves some area unattended. You have to manually send the robot to its charging station through app. Even after clicking 'return to home' it does not return to home. Robot fails to find the charging station. I had to put the robot near (8-10 cm) charging station, then only it is able to return to charging station. Its been 2 weeks since I purchased the robot, and it is not taking water from the tank while mopping. I wish if I could return this and order T2268 or T2278 model. T2212 is useless.

عملية جدا و مريحة خاصة للي عندها ولاد صغار..لا يعتمد عليها بالمسح طبعا لكن عالاقل البيت بدون غبرة و شعر..مفيدة خاصة للي وقتها محدود و ان شالله تضل منيحة هيك

I bought the product on 21 november and took it with me to Lebanon as a gift. Opened it today, surprisingly, there is a dust inside it and look like it is used already and there no brush cleaning inside. It was embarrassing, tooking it as a gift.

This robot vacuum is awesome. Granted I don't have experience with any other robot vacuums, but for $300 I will never have to clean under my bed ever again aside from the odd job getting at little areas where it can't. But no more dust bunnies under the bed, no more making myself vacuum when I get home from a long day at work or letting the house get out of control because I don't have the time. Also, my dog who is afraid of the regular vacuum doesn't care about the robot vacuum so it reduces stress for him as well. I can't speak to longevity because I've only had it for less than a week but it does a great job!
