Neckband is too short, either you use it while walking or riding it will slip from your neck. Quality of wire, plastic, magnet is also poor, sound quality is very poor.. big no no for music lovers, not sure how this product got so many good reviews. Such a weird position of control buttons. No cover to charging port,Call audio connection is good and battery life is good so far. If it's your primary headphones to connect pls reconsider, if it's rare use then fine.I usually explore new headset in lowest price range(300 to 500). But this one is really pathetic out of all my purchase
