Probably the best ATLP60 stylus out of the few
I got this as a replacement for the default ATN3600L stylus on the AT-LP60, which is all I believe this works on, as it had worn out. sounds pretty good and I believe it is infact better than the one I had before, unless I hear of a better one by a third party this will definitely be my choice out of the few options there are.Feels of good quality, works well, it's difficult to get it in place to install it I must admit as the instructions tell you to line it up on the slot on the bottom of the arm, which you can not see, I had to practice putting the old one back on before I tried with the new one.

A Noticeable Improvement to my Entire Vinyl Collection!
My previous stylus had worn down, so it was time for me to replace. After researching about this particular option, I was glad to see that not only did it fit my AT LP60XBT turntable, but it also was an elliptical stylus. The turntable I have is admittedly somewhat entry-level, but this stylus uplifts my entire collection, as if I were using much more audiophile-level equipment! THIS is the way to upgrade your sound if you don't want to spend hundreds or thousands upgrading your whole setup! The best way to describe it is...it basically took all of my records and made them sound a bit brighter and clearer-mostly in the high range, but even the low range dynamics seem expanded as well. The improvement is much more noticeable on older records (rather than the 180 gram half-speed reissues of whatever) - but even newer ones benefit from a stylus that simply gets deeper in the groove, thereby translating more musical 'information' cut into the vinyl.Even if you've already had an elliptical stylus; if you've noticed of late that several of your records have more surface noise you didn't hear beforeo, inner groove distortion is more obvious, or if the overall sound is more dull than you remember...then it's time for a new stylus! After all, an elliptical stylus really only lasts for about 300 hours of playing time. That's easily accomplished in 18 mo.-2 years, even if you only play a couple days a week! Even replacing your old worn out stylus can make all the difference...

Works Perfectly!
Not sure what happened to my other needle, but I hand used the table in a while and it started skipping on the album. This took care of it and all is good. Easy install as well.

I don't think it sounds any better than the stock stylus...
Decided to try this "upgrade" on my LP60xbt.....although it sounds good and works as it should.....I wouldn't call it un upgrade......I personally think the stock white one sounds better....I'm no audiophile, but I ended up putting the white one back on and keep this one as a back up.
