I used Viory Menopause Patches for a week to see if they would help alleviate some of the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. The simple peel and stick application means not having to take multiple supplement capsules or tablets. Applying the patch before bedtime is ideal if you need help relaxing so you can sleep. Although I found the patch aided in relaxation before bedtime, the relief from hot flashes was minimal for me. Wearing the patch prior to sleep did seem to help me relax in preparation for a night’s sleep. I rarely sleep through the night, and the patch did allow me to get several hours of uninterrupted sleep. All in all, I found these Menopause patches to do a great job helping you relax so you can get some sleep.

These do not work! I’ve had a full hysterectomy almost 30 years ago and have worn prescription patches since. I saw these non prescription, ‘natural’, non toxic patches. I was up and down, back burning all night long. These did not work for my body at all

The intensity of the hot flash is still bad, but at least they didn’t happen so often on the first day I tried them. Im on my second day, I hope my symptoms keep improving. So far so good!

I’m not sure if these patches are effective or not. They stay on when placed on the skin but I don’t feel any different so far.

With a healthier diet sleep and a patch it has been life changing in just one day. Maybe I'm on a up swing but I'm going with it. On to patch 2. I change at night so its fresh before bed and I sleep well.

Stick yo skin very well, but glue left a bad rash! Didn't see any difference when using it. A waste of money.

Going through heat flashes, bones aching, migraines. This is not helping with any of that. I was really hoping it would because this menopausal thing is pure torture! Disappointed in product.
