Effective and comfortable
This is surprisingly quite effective. Was a bit sceptical as I could still hear my TV when I was trying out different sizes. Looked up a few tips and websites on how to use and insert properly. Tried it out for a week. Can't hear any of the construction and traffic noises anymore. Had a bit of pressure in the morning with M and just had as good effect with S size. Does not fall out and no pressure pain, even when sleeping on my side. Actually woke up before my alarm rang feeling I had a full rest, which was a nice surprise. Moment I take it out, can hear traffic and the construction again. I very much doubt it will work as well on airplanes though so will still bring my trusty noice-cancelling headphones for that.

they don't fit in my ears!
they don't work at all, tried all sizes to make them fit in my ears but unfortunately no fit and therefore no reduction in noise around me. Very, very disappointed to have spent so much money on what are supposed to be fantastic ear plugs, only to find they are worse then the cheap ones!
