I wear this for tennis on four fingers like the great Rafa Nadal. I believe I play better when I use this tape. It might be placebo. However, I have tried a few tapes now and this is the best. I do not get blisters with this tape and it is grippy whilst also not sticking to anything once I have wrapped it where I want it. Some tapes are sticky on the outside due to the nature of being rolled up but this tape is a good thickness and tears easily once you have the right length. Great product.

My 16 year old has struggled with `rolled ankles' for a long while now. We have tried the elasticated supports with Velcro strapping, tied supports with a lace up front & plated sides. Both worked ok but were not comfortable.The Zinc Oxide tape is by far the best method we've used. Adhesive, comfortable and if applied in the correct manner is more than enough support required. Since using this tape we've had no rolled ankles (6 weeks in). Just for frequency, he plays/trains 4 times a week + gym once a week at academy level. Could definitely be more sticky for using when bouldering, has a tendency to come off requiring extra wrapping for adhesion through tension. Great at preventing further injuries on grazes though.

Use it around fingers for playing in goal. Sticks really well & easy to tear instead of cutting with scissors
