Delivered today, I was concerned that I had made a mistake in ordering this cord because I read reviews after ordering. From habit, I check the one stars first and saw some who said that they found this cord did not work with the Jackery 1000 version 2. That’s what I have! The good news is that the cord I received DOSE WORK with my new Jackery 1000v2. So far I am a happy camper with a working cord. Runs nice and cool. Passes plenty of electrons from my 12 volt outlet on the battery bank. Two spare fuses included.

The item works well with the Jackery Explorer 1000 V2. The DC7909 connector must fit tight into the back of the DC8202 connector to provide proper power for the JE1000V2. Solid product and well built.

EDIT: The cable connection is just way more snug than I realized. I thought I was forcing the wrong cable adapter into my power station, but that is just how it is. Charging works as it should and I’ve edited this review to 5 stars since it was user error. I only bought this because people in reviews were saying it works with the Jackery 1000 v2. I don’t know if it’s just because I got a defective cable, but mine does not charge my Jackery at all! The red indicator light turns on when plugged into the 12v port, but it doesn’t send power to the Jackery. I wish I had tested it within the 30 day return window before finding this out on last weekend’s camping trip.

EDIT: The company fully refunded me for the cable. I have increased from 2 stars (for the cable operation) to 4 stars to acknowledge the very good customer service. ORIGINAL: The cable arrived in good condition and felt heavy duty, but after a few weeks of occasional use on a road trip, failed. When plugged into a 12V port, the power light would illuminate briefly, then fade out as though no current was flowing. I tested the cable in three ports in my vehicle and two in a friend's vehicle with the same result. First repair: I opened the 12V plug (the male connector); the fuse appeared intact but tarnished. I replaced this first fuse with one of the spares provided by the manufacturer. That temporarily fixed the cable, but after a short time it failed again. Second Repair: I opened the 12V plug again. The second fuse was intact but the solder holding the fuse cap had melted and oozed out. Exploring further I discovered that the contact spring (the tiny coil spring that sits between the fuse and the cable) was also fully compressed and stuck in this compressed shape, as if it had overheated. I had to pull it out and stretch it back into shape to get the connection working again. Current Status: The cable tests as functional for 2-minutes after the second repair, but it doesn’t feel safe or reliable long-term. And I am out of seller-provided fuse spares. A product like this should not be overheating or melting solder joints after such a short period of normal use. Request to seller: Could you please confirm whether this is a known defect, and if so, provide either a replacement unit with improved build quality or a refund?

I have a jackery 1000 and one of the little jackeries and the double port on this works great so that I don't have to constantly swap out chargers in my car depending on what I'm doing that week. Great product, also there's a red indicator LED so you know that your DC port works.

Worked just like it was supposed to!

This piece of crap stopped working after about 20 minutes of use. Tried reseating it, turning everything offf and back on, removing it from the back of the jackery and the car. After doing all those things, nothing. The indicator light does not even illuminate any more. The core is just completely dead. 20 minutes of charge and then NOTHING!

We got a Bluetti battery to take on a van camping trip. Charge it up while we drive and then use it to power my CPAP and fridge. Unfortunately the battery did not come with a charging cable for the car. I rigged up a work around that allowed me to plug the battery into an AC converter that I would charge the battery cable into. After burining out 2 converters I moved on to the cable. Fit perfectly in the charging port of the battery and the car port. I have had no problems in charging the battery with this cable. very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it.
