Rudow's Guide to Modern Jigging: * Inshore * Offshore * Species-Specific

A friend suggested this book so I purchased it. It covers everything from species of fish one might target to the types of reels that will pair well with the vertical jigging techniques. A++

I like Lenny Rudow's writing. Book was informative although alot of the information I cannot use in my sty;e of fishing, but good to read about.

Was not impressed. There is nothing in this book that you can't look up online. It does not go into shore jigging which you would think it may but it does not. Actually it does not even go into jigging techniques or casting, etc. I can, and have, found WAY more details online with a simple Google search. Book also seems outdated on today's styles and lures.
