I chose this product as its capacity and dimensions were acceptable replacements for my old failing chair. As a 5' 11" 250# user I had expectations but found the actual seat height is 1" less than the maximum stated. I also find the lumbar support does not go low enough on my back. The "rocking" feature is shoddy as well. The whole purchasing experience was also bad for a product one spent and after-tax CAD $1,000+ for. Delivery was 2 weeks late. When it arrived the box was terribly battered, both its top and bottom taping had let go. The only decent aspect was that its assembly was pretty straightforward and easy. Overall, I'd not recommend this product or company.

Got this chair for little over a week now, very easy assembly took 15min putting it together, big very sturdy and comfortableArm rests pieces are hard plastic but everything under seat supports are metals that make it very sturdy.The cushioning is very plush and comfortable for long periods of time. I’m 6 foot tall and The adjustable height is perfect for my long legs. The piston and overall product feels sturdy and dependable.Overall this is a great chair for larger people and the product price is great for the quality and comfort I received. Ps, wish they had brown color options personal think brown will make it good rich and expensive looking.
