14" Fire Grate

The grate is well made, arrived very promptly and the seller is very helpful.Just a quick note about grate sizing that I wasn't aware of.The grate is designed for a 14" inch opening and measures 12" across. This confused me somewhat as I've previously used a size up which can be a better fit.I have to say the supplier has been incredibly helpful and I would urge buyers to measure your fireplace first ( at it's narrowest and widest points) and ask which size you need.I would not hesitate in buying from them again.

Perfect product, just what I needed for my log burner.

Biggest concern with buying was whether measurements would match fireplace, especially after reading some reviews - fits perfectly. Read carefully product information and it is accurate. Good quality stuff and fits perfectly with matching (frequently bought together) grate and front. Also, bearing in mind I don't use Prime, incredibly quick delivery time.

Product ok but wrong size !! Got charged £8.99 for p & p !! Not happy so be aware !

I ordered this for a friend. It was package really well on delivery and once I got in to the box the fire grate looks exactly as the picture and feels extremely good quality. This will look amazing in my friends open fire place. Very pleased.

Wrong size received, ordered a 14inch fire grate and got a 12 inch in a 14 inch box which doesn't fit. Very disappointed

Can’t fault product. Unfortunately I had ordered wrong size and the long delivery time meant buying an alternative locally. I returned item same day it was received but was refunded £3 less than purchase price plus return postage cost of approx £9 meant it was hardly worth it. Buy local is the moral of the story :-(
