Tried so many different products to help my husband stop snoring. This one worked I was shocked and he doesn’t even know he has it in . Win win .

The first thing I noticed when the package arrived was there was only one nose vent in the pack despite the title and description clearly saying there were 4 sizes. The medium vent I was sent is far too long for my nose and the material is so soft it doesn't actually widen or support the nostril at all. A complete waste of money. I would avoid these at all costs.

I purchased this particular product to select the best fit from the four supplied, then to reorder that size only. Not many suppliers appear to offer that option (?). And now, the review...Andso, grab a pair of baskets and stick 'em up yer nose. Practise makes perfect. They'll feel weird at first, but unless you've rammed the biggest ones up too far, they're surprisingly okay. (Note also that the soft little baskets can be easily trimmed, if required). As a bonus, you'll be able to sleep. Maybe not face down into the pillow, but that is probably a good idea anyway.I found that I could breathe more easily and soon forget that the baskets were in place. I can certainly see why sports people use them. But, she says that I'm still snoring... maybe not quite as badly, but I'm still getting punched and kicked. Perhaps I should get one of those sleep recording apps, just to be sure...

Having used these for some time I feel they work by opening up your nasal passage and getting more air in per breath. Previous purchases of a similar design have had 3 to 5 per packet and these things can be easily lost down the side of a bed during the night. When i received this and there was only 1 in the packet I had to read the small print and released when it says four sizes it means the more expensive version . Get used to it by wearing before bed and be prepared for it to disappear in the bed during the night. Overall I feel that this item does help with my sleep along with sleeping on my side. The other versions work just as well for me .

I quite liked this initially. Though its 7 pounds for something that you would be disappointed to get from a poundland cracker it is clearly overpriced. I wish they had put in maybe 10 sets. I woke up and it had vanished. I've searched everywhere. Maybe I swallowed it. I dont really want to check my stools or spend another 7 quid on it. so 2 stars. possibly effective, vastly overpriced. you could fill that tub with these 2p plastic mouse basketball hoops.

Great product. Have used other 'nose vents' but this one seems to work really well and fits comfortably. It hasn't stopped my actual snoring as such, but I certainly feel that I am sleeping better getting more air up my nostrils at night.Would recommend discussing this product with your doctor if you have difficulty breathing/sleeping at night due to a restricted/narrow/blocked nasal passage.

It was what I wanted but I made the mistake of not checking quantities… 1 vent for £9.99Outrageous price lots of cheaper options for almost identical product and you get more than one!

I don’t actually snore I got it to try help with a deviated septum. I find it just makes my nose run or scrapes the inside of my nose. I went to sleep with it one day and woke up without it. It does open up the nostrils and has different sizes so it seems good but if you’re very sensitive on the inside of your nose to cuts it might not be for you.
