Arrived on time.. They weren’t the size I needed, so I can not comment on that. I bought for eyedropper conversion, but these are too thick. The size stated was the size I was looking for. Not sure where the error in size was. I guess I should get the ones I need at the hardware store where I can compare them side by side.

I don't know how many I got, I wasn't willing to count them all. There are far more than I'll ever use. I got them for converting a Platinum Preppy fountain pen into an eye dropper filling system. They work well.
