Before going one month complete it’s giving me trouble not charging my phone and I charged full power bank but it’s not working. Might be this is the issue with Amazon he is selling refurbished

This product looks good and it works well. It's battery got swollen up in 2 months and I had to send it again to the service centre and get it back. The worst thing was their packaging where it was torn box and dust was inside the box but I gave them my original box and expected the same from them. The product had warranty and was replaced free of charge. We had to bear the courier cost only. This power bank is worth buying but I didn't know the reason why the battery got swollen just in 2 months and I used it not very frequently also.
