I took this in the morning and after an hour I felt nothing and drank an espresso. I didn’t need the espresso. I was able to study for my machine learning exam for hours. I will now take this every morning instead of coffee. I have acid reflux and this helps because now I don’t need coffee. This works so well I am afraid to take it in the afternoon, because I might not be able to sleep at night. This is powerful mental focus supplement. I wish I had found it sooner. Update: I have stopped drinking coffee due to acid reflux, and I now take one Paraxanthine around 9 am and one at 1 pm. Today I searched on pubmed about Paraxanthine, and I found a study that used this infinity brand for their study. They said Paraxanthine increases energy expenditure and suppresses appetite. My experience is that the appetite suppression is very strong. This is not a problem for me, but if you are underweight this might be an issue. I take this in the morning and skip breakfast. At lunch time I have no appetite. This is very unusual for me.

I can’t believe how well this stuff works. I have health issues and feel tired everyday, all day long. My husband bought these, he had heard about paraxanthine on a health podcast, and said it was supposed to give you energy without the jitters that coffee can give you. It does give me energy. It’s subtle without a rush but I realize I have more energy when I find myself getting a lot of things done around the house that I’m usually too tired to do. But the best thing is the mood boost I get when I take these. I call them my happy pills. I feel happier and not so easily frazzled when I take them. I only need 1 pill, 2 does not increase the energy or mood. I’ve been telling people about them because they really have worked for me. I use a different drink mix that has paraxanthine in it and I liked the clean energy so thought I would buy these to give an additional boost of focused energy. I like the pick me up with these and it's not like caffeine where you get jittery or later have energy levels crash. My only ding is the price is pretty high per capsule. I would like a larger sized jar that will last for 3 months vs. this one that only lasts 3 or 4 weeks. It's a bit of a splurge to buy these but the do work to give focus and clean energy so overall I like the product.

Caffeine seems to work much better for my wife’s intended goal.

This is a good item, works mostly as expected, but showed side effects when taken with another supplement. This is highly individual, so you would need to do your own study.

I had gotten mostly off of caffeine due to not liking some of its effects. I learned about this stuff and gave it a try. Amazing, I wish coffee had paraxanthine in it instead of caffeine. Energy is clean, lasts around 8 hours for me. There’s no hard crash when I come down from it but sometimes I feel the need to take a 20 minute nap but after I’m good for the rest of the day.
