PME100% Natural Food Colour Liquid - Black (25ml)

This product is a pleasant dark, mossy forest green colour. It is quite concentrated and a few drops go a long way. It seems good quality, has no perceptible taste or aroma. The cap is tight and doesn't leak, the dropper system is slow and intentional and its unlikely to spill easily. Obviously its going to stain anything it touches so be mindful of that. Easy to use and works well in baking and drinks.

If you’re looking for a strong blue food colouring, this is the one. Just one drop turns various food substance bright blue. Does exactly what I hoped it would do.

I wanted an affordable red food colouring and it was exactly what I wanted. For those who struggle with getting the perfect red for their buttercream, just make the buttercream as you would and then add the red in. Put the mixture in the microwave till it becomes a soup consistency and give it a good mix. Put it back in the fridge and keep checking it and mixing it till it goes back to the buttercream consistency! Patience is key, but work’s every time. Same with black food colouring as that can sometimes turn grey. Hope this helps anyone if using it in buttercream

The bottle does not allow for the fluid to be released easily. You need to really squeeze the container for anything to be brought out. I will be trying a different brand next time tikka cooking is required!

I bought the yellow colouring .I've bought yellow colouring elsewhere before which has gone orange ,but this yellow colouring is excellent!!It stays yellow .I highly recommend it .I found it hard to dispense though .I shook it but nothing came out so I had to remove the piece that fits into the bottle and get it out that way .Maybe you can address this for me and others who may have also had this problem . I will be buying again in the future .I've rated 5 for the fab colour .I've added a photo of my butter cream coloured with this food colouring .Which I've frozen untill I need it next week .

Used half the bottle and only got this gray color :(

Leider keine Angaben darüber, wieviel Tropfen auf 100 ml verwendet werden dürfen + ob diese Farbe auch die Haut färbt beim Teig kneten !? Allergene Stoffe enthalten sind ? Ob es Öl oder wasserlöslich ist ? Schade !
