Great for sleep and for stress
I have really enjoyed taking these supplements and have noticed a difference in not only the amount of stress I feel but also with my sleep as well. The brand seems very reputable and has good ingredients from what I can tell so I am pleased with them. They are very affordable which is also a reason I am really happy that I found this brand because these supplements can get very expensive.

Great supplement
I've been taking Ashwagandha to help with sleep and overall health. This one has been really good, and I like that with this brand I can feel confident in the quality and in knowing exactly what it is that I am taking. This seems like a fair price for 90 capsules, and they are a manageable size for swallowing, unlike some other supplements that come in massive pills. So far so good, I'm happy!
