I bought this after trying one in a Pilates class and realising this is exactly what my poor back has needed all this time! Great if you are a desk worker and just want to open up your shoulders and chest by lying length ways on it. It's great for your core and building stability in those muscles too. It is HARD though and I hadn't realised that you could buy different hard and softness rollers so I have to fold a blanket over it several times to use it but this suffices

A solid but lightweight roller which I’m using to help my recovery physio exercises. Easy to use, a kind surface to skin and value for money. Lots of uses in exercise and to massage muscles.

Very happy with this. Had a less firm roller before for several years; it became a bit 'squashed'. This one is much better - nice and firm, and doesn't feel like it will ever get compressed or wear out. Been using it for a number months now - all good.
