Good price, excellent taste, would recommend

Really nice beans, I drink quite a bit of coffee in a day both espresso and flat white.I found them perfect for me. I use 12grms coffee and grind number 2 for a double espresso for both drinks.The flat white I don’t froth the milk all I do in a 350ml cup put a good table spoon of full fat milk microwave for 50 secs then under the Sage a quick stir to me it looks and tastes the same.I personally highly recommend these beans. The cost has just gone up to a price that I feel will have me looking elsewhere, why do sellers shout themselves in the foot. Has it gone up because Black Friday is at the end of the month.

I am in the process of finding the best coffee for my beans to cup machine.We are an Italian couple and the result we are looking for is a proper Italian espresso.There is a distinction here: if you go to an Italian restaurant, you will get a stronger coffee, probably with a higher percentage of Robusta beans. If you go to an Italian bar, the coffee is likely to contain more Arabica beans with a sweeter taste.Either way, the beans will be heavily roasted with a nice strong aroma.Now that we have clarified the objectives, let's get through the review.We tried Illy beans. Really nice, 100% arabica, but a bit "acid" to our taste.Lavazza etc we haven't tried as they tend to be less quality beans in my opinion.Vergnano is a good quality brand and can't recommend them more.We tried 2 types of beans: this red "Espresso" type from Amazon and one from the range "Vergnano Bar" classic line (https://www.caffevergnano.com/en/bar-coffee-classic-line), in specific the "Espresso Crema 800".The resultsThe Vergnano red "Espresso" is a very strong coffee, with many hints of Robusta. Thick cream that sticks to the side of the cup also once the coffee is finished. To give you an idea, the picture is the Vergnano Bar 800, and it is less creamy than this! The taste is definitely of a typical italian espresso. I would say for me it is a bit on the "too strong" side, with sometimes a bit of hints of "burn". You can make it slightly less strong by grinding it a bit thicker.The Vergnano Bar range "Espresso Crema 800" is just right for us (the one on the picture). The cream is a little bit less thick than the red Espresso, but still perfect. This needs to be grinded thin. The taste is a lot sweeter, no acidic at all and to me and my girlfriend it tastes a lot more like the coffee you would get on an Italian bar with a sweet pastry, very nice.In a nutshell, if you are after a very strong Italian espresso, go for it and get the Espresso red Vergnano coffee.If you are after a sweeter Italian espresso, find the Vergnano Bar Espresso Crema 800. There are retailers in UK. Hopefully Amazon will also add this range!Note: the picture is a cup from Vergnano Espresso Crema 800.

Great taste, definitely worth it!

Delivery was really quick but although this is a strong coffee it did not have the best flavour for me I much prefer the blue bag. It has a slightly bitter taste

I got this as my usual coffee shot up in price by quite a bit, thought I’d try a few different ones, this had a decent score and was a good strength (I need a good kick in the morning) it tastes strong, without being bitter, it also smells amazing. I’ve actually changed to this now, getting a kilo every 2 - 3 weeks, lovely stuff. Try it out 👍

Its stickyish after grinding but I like the taste.

This is a great espresso coffee.Lots of crema and very flavorful also.

Ho acquistato questo caffè e devo dire che è stato amore al primo sorso! Il suo aroma ricco e avvolgente mi accoglie ogni mattina, trasformando il mio risveglio in un vero piacere. La miscela è molto equilibrata.Regolata la macinatura il gusto rimane costante ogni volta, senza mai risultare amaro o troppo intenso. Inoltre, la confezione è ben sigillata, mantenendo il caffè fresco più a lungo. Consiglio vivamente questo caffè a chiunque cerchi una miscela di alta qualità che sappia dare il giusto sprint alla giornata.

Me ha encantado este café, hasta ahora no había nada que se acercase al Guilis Black Blend pero este siendo diferente esta muy bueno.
