I bought this due to how many advertisements I’ve seen and because my roommate also tried it and liked it. I do like the taste. It does not stir well but considering it’s powder it won’t dissolve as well in cold water, but I noticed overall I felt tired and less anxious around bed time. I think it’s worth trying if you’re curious. It’s something you gotta take for a while and it’s not a miracle worker but it has quality ingredients and it’s a nice drink to have. Only downside is it’s pricey but if you like it I think it’s worth it.

Works good asf in fact, I was drunk and I drank it and it literally sobered me up REAL QUICK. Easy to use. Tastes good enough kind of taste chalky but it’s ok. I didn’t really get side effects yet but we shall see. Really helps with health. Go order you couple packs of this because it really helps with a lot and OMGGGG I’m so much calmer my mind is quieter and I can actually think straight now!!! So go order asap!!! Helps in every way!

This beverage is a nice way to unwind before I go to bed. I think it helps me sleep deeper for longer. The flavour is nice too, but it is way too sweet for me so I mix abit of fresh lime/lemon juice to balance the flavour. The product would be perfect if it was less sweet.

I have been through it lately!! Riding the struggle bus..it's been rough. The stress started to affect my health. I went to the dr for a routine appointment and mentioned how stressed I have been and she recommended this. I ordered before I left the office and got same day delivery. I took it right after dinner. The taste was great and mixed very well. Within 2 hours I felt much better. I slept so good and woke up feeling refreshed. It is pricey but it is very much worth it. Highly recommend!!

I normally don't write reviews but wanted to share my experience. This is amazing to help you sleep and relax. I took 1 packet a day at night before bed. The flavor is amazing and I noticed a different getting a deeper sleep at night. About a week drinking it I noticed a huge difference in my mood I was very emotional about everything. I am a very positive person in general, in the morning waking up I had energy but mid day I was in tears. Don't know if it is a side effect but I stopped drinking it after that and my mood has improved to what I think is my positive self again

This stuff is amazing! It definitely helps me relax at night and sleep well. I got the strawberry cream and it has a delicious taste. I highly recommend!

I bought this product in hopes that it would help with stress levels! I’ve always struggled with anxiety and have a very stressful life! I’ve taken magnesium in the past to help with sleep, and so far this stuff has worked just as well as those products. It doesn’t make me feel super tired right away but when I do finally settle down for sleep I’m able to fall asleep faster and my sleep is GOOD. Rarely waking up in the middle of the night if at all.I’ve only been taking it for a couple days now so can’t attest to it helping with stress levels or feelings of calm during the day, but considering how well the magnesium has already helped, I’m hopeful the other ingredients with begin to work soon!It is hard to mix at times. I’ve put it in a bottle and shaken it up as well as put it in a glass and stirred it with a straw. Most of the product gets dissolved but some settles if you let it sit, requiring me to shake/stir it again. The taste is good though! Love the blue coconut, but I like anything coconut flavor!Overall I like this product, but it’s not a magic pill(or powder) just yet! I am super thankful for the improved sleep, and will continue purchasing this if only for the improved sleep!
