Absolutely terrible. Haven’t even used them on a trip yet and we’re already extremely disappointed. They’re unstable and do not feel safe. Will never recommend these to anyone

Not a very sturdy product. I used it for a day and the scissor mechanism bent in the middle. Now the top two steps are flat but the bottom two steps are angled down. Almost useless. It doesn’t close all of the way now. It was the only one I could find that fit the height I needed. Made out of thin aluminum so it bent easily. Haven’t found a way to talk with someone yet about a fix or refund without sending it back first.

these steps are junk. they use untempered aluminum and they bend very easily. would never buy again. thank God that I have the know how and new material to repair

The machined edges are all rough enough to get your hand. Very poor build quality. Stairs are flimsy and bounce when walking up into the camper. Returning them.

product received and appeared bent.....very difficult to open and close.....were able to make them work but would appreciate a partial refund due to condition of stairs.

These are not quality scissor steps. Very wobbly. I replaced with Reico Titan steps which costs $100+ more. The Reico steps are very sturdy and much higher quality.

Broke on first days use.

Dont buy it ,its not strong enough mine have broken after use it 10 time ,place of crap ,i trow mine in garbage.almost broke a leg

Used once and soft aluminum steps bending. Lightly built do not recommend
