They are really good and great value bands. I use them when I am unable to get to the gym. The entire packaging of the item is so personal and a card from the proprietor. The product is very well made. There is also a visual exercise plan, which is most beneficial in getting the most out of the bands. All the bands are colour coded with weight equivalents. Very clever. Good for taking on holidays, or in fact any where. It comes with its own pouch and a door attachment to get the most out of your workout. I've just stopped my gym subscription and didn't know what I was going to replace it with.I had a notion that is buy some equipment but wasn't sure what. I’ve used these around 5 times since I got them 3 or 4 weeks ago. Great way to complement going to the gym. Can work all of the main muscle groups and the door stop attachment great bonus. I bought these to put in the case when I go on holiday. Would recommend

These are a fantastic work out!! Really good quality!! I have bought 2 sets as I needed the extra resistance!!!Told a couple of friends how good they are, so just ordered 2 more sets for them!!Very impressed!!

In terms of using them outside of the gym, these are the best resistance bands I’ve owned. Very transportable, took them to Spain on holiday and was a great solution to getting in a morning workout with no gym onsite.In honesty, I only find myself using the black band as find the others too easy. As a reference point, I typically bicep curl 18kg 10x4. That being said, if I’m finding it too easy it’s a simple case of doubling the band up and seems to be a good solution.What really sets these apart is the carabiner, door grip and handle system which massively opens up the list of possible exercises. I’ve pushed these fairly hard over the past couple of months, and so far so good!

The bands seemed good, but the lowest strength yellow band broke within less than a month of normal use. That was the one I had started with and I was using it just once daily for stretching the hands side-wise while keeping band pressed in the middle under the feet. Edited- I contacted the seller and they gave me a refund. They were also offering me a replacement. I am happy with the customer service. The other bands are lasting well so far.
