Skirt height is perfect for 5'1 to 5'4 feet tall girls . Material is awesome and soft. Regarding colour Not sure about after wash . But in this cost (999/-) it's a perfect dress for my daughter to attend a marriage function. Will share pic once the blouse gets stiched .
