This definitely cleared my nasal passage!

Worked beautifully 3 times!!!! I found great deeper relief with the mist. UNFORTUNATELY, it just stopped operating after 3 uses. The “ON” button doesn’t work. I even tried replacing the filter which was clean. Nothing worked. This unit is not cheap especially for retired persons!!! It is NON-RETURNABLE being medical equipment. I am trying to contact the company to see if a replacement unit is available.

This product is going to help me put antibiotic in my sinuses, I would not manage the wash but think this mist will do the trick.

I had a bad sinus congestion when I tried this sinus therapy system. It made the insides of my nose much more comfortable but didn't completely clear my congestion. It did, however, make it bearable, so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.It feels like a high-quality product. I think with the right additive you could get from your doctor it would be an awesome health tool.

Overall this updated version is way better from the mess but the cover to the cup is painful to use! The hole is tiny the fluid has a hard time going through, so it takes 12minutes to run 1 cup worth of saline which is tough to tolerate. I heated a needle and opened the hole a little more, but it has a rough edge still. Love the shorter hose and the machine doesn't walk across the counter. The odor of new machine or hose took a little over a week of daily use to go away (pew). I am grateful for this machine for medical use. I would recommend this machine regardless of the flawed cup.

After the first one failed, I bought another thinking that perhaps the first one was just defective . But then the second one also stopped working after a couple of months.

EMTs often prescribe budesonide for chronic allergy sufferers. This medication comes in 2 milliliter ampoules. I found that this medication works much better if you use the Nasoneb to deliver it as opposed to a Netti pot. The Nasoneb gets the medication much farther back in your nose.I also love that the Nasoneb is so quick to clean up. All that you have to do is wash the little cup and insert which takes about 20 seconds. This convenience makes twice daily compliance much easier.

I have tried just about every single nebulizer on Amazon. It's straightforward, easy to use, goes direct to the area you want. It saves time, which is huge for me. I'm glad I found it because I was getting terribly frustrated with the nebs on Amazon.
