Great quality but a little large
These pill organizers are good quality. But I feel they are too large to use as key chains. I use them in my backpack instead and they work great! They can definitely be used to store other items.

They unscrew easily and have a rubber gasket to ensure they’re waterproof. Great for carrying small things like pills, medicine, vitamins, ear buds, ear plugs, jewelry, sim card or mementos.
